Merino wool is anti-allergen, tested according to Oeko - Tex Standard 100 and suitable for contact with children's skin. The material is all-natural (and often organic), and pure wool that’s chemical free and do not causes allergic reactions. Merino wool has a small micron diameter, which makes it incredibly soft regardless of years of use. Wool is absorbent, resistant to natural odors, resistant to clamminess, and comfortable.
Each blanket is handmade in Slovenia.

Merino wool is a very soft and delicate material, but it needs special care.
Dry Clean Only. You can aerate blankets outside to make them fresh again. You can use washing machine, but only with steam function (washing without water, only steams). Natural wool has ability to clean itself from smells in fresh air.
It is recommended to ventilate the blanket weekly, as this evaporates moisture. This will maintain its thermal characteristics. If you pour it, immediately wash the place where the stain appeared with cold water (without rubbing) and air dry.
Please keep in mind that this is gentle product, made from natural material and in the beginning it can shed, but only until wool sets up. The pilling can be carefully removed or gently rubbed back into the yarn. Please be in touch for further advice if necessary.
With proper care, you will be able to enjoy this wonderful blanket for a long time.
Each of our blanket is steamed when made - this significantly reduces pilling. However, even after us doing all this, there can still be slight piling, shedding of these fibres - this is perfectly normal and should happen.
