Hello. I’m Maja, the creator of Sleepy –

a brand born out of a love for soft, hand-knitted blankets made from giant wool yarn.

I wanted to bring that same feeling of warmth, comfort, and quiet elegance into your homes – the places where moments of coziness and calm are born.

Sleepy blankets are made from super-thick chunky yarn, adding both softness and a touch of refined luxury to any space. Few pieces can transform a room with as much character and warmth at once.

They’re made from super bulky yarn, also known as chunky yarn. Alongside luxurious Merino wool, I use Mammoth acrylic yarn – a high-quality, vegan alternative that preserves the softness and aesthetic of natural wool. The third material I work with is 100% organic cotton, a natural and highly durable fiber.

All materials are carefully selected, skin-friendly, and safe even for children.

Each blanket is made to order, in the size and color of your choice.
